We are currently looking for a full-time Managed Services IT Support Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company with great customers. Job Duties:

You will need to perform various support and engineering tasks for our clients, as assigned, both in-person and via remote support tools. Above-average communication skills are required. Hours of work are generally stable, from 8:30-5:30 pm; however, some occasional evening or weekend work may be required, if a client has an emergency.

This role would best suit a Managed Services IT Support Engineer with at least 3-5 years of experience in the IT support business, who is looking to expand their skillset and grow with a company.
