Thank You to a Proactive Team Who Prevents Issues Before They Happen

I would just like to take a quick minute to thank Intelligent IT Designs for their assistance with my technology needs. George and Edwin were on top of it the whole time! It is refreshing to know that Intelligent IT Designs is looking out for problems, before they become major issues. I know for a fact that this would not have been as seamless as it was with our prior IT company— it would have turned into a major issue too late in the game.

It’s comforting to know that Intelligent IT Designs was able to pinpoint the issue before something bad happened. They notified me, instead of it being the other way around… Everyone jumped on the problem, fixed it quick, and got me back up and running as if nothing ever happened.
