I would just like to take a quick minute to thank you for your assistance with my cpu at the beginning of the week. George and Edwin were on top of it the whole time and it was refreshing to know that you are looking out for issues before they become major issues. I know for a fact that this would not have been as seemless as it was with our prior IT company and it would of turned into a major issue too late in the game. Its comforting to know that you were able to pinpoint this issue before anything happened and notified me, not the other way around. Everyone jumped on the problem, fixed it quick, and got me back up and running as if nothing every happened.
